EXPLORE: Munising Alger Falls

EXPLORE: Munising is a brand new, year-round lodging option in Munising, Michigan that allows you to explore the area in a way that is as unique and enjoyable as the Upper Peninsula!

We are easily accessible and centrally located on M-28 on the edge of Munising. Alger Falls (the waterfall) is on our property and available for our guests to enjoy – along with three other beautiful waterfalls. Some of our units are designed for easy access and are closer to M-28. Others are further off the road and are for those seeking a more remote feel.

For those snow-loving winter travelers, we are located on Trail 419, which connects you to downtown Munising and the entire U.P. If you’re pulling a trailer, you may park your truck and trailer on the trail (we will send you directions to the parking lot) and ride directly to your unit, which is also on the trail (removed just enough so that the noise from the trail doesn’t disturb your sleep).

For our warm weather lovers, we have much to explore on site! Four waterfalls, all exclusive to EXPLORE: Munising Alger Falls, are accessible by well-marked trails. Over 200 acres with four miles of trail are part of our site, making this the perfect destination for our outdoor enthusiasts.

Our units are studio suites (sleeps up to 4) with kitchenettes and two-bedroom cottages with full kitchens and appliances (sleeps up to 6), EXPLORE provides an option for every type of traveler: solo, couples, families, and friends.
